Senaat has built and will continue to build world-class businesses in these sectors, leading to the creation of an integrated network of national industries that support the emirate’s economic performance and will attract significant foreign investment in addition to the transfer of knowledge and technology.
The company has carried out an investment approach that has proven very effective. We have a significant and successful track record in developing businesses through large-scale greenfield projects for which we actively drive operational efficiency in order to achieve commercial success. As part of our investment philosophy of realising and re-investing profits, we partially divested ownership in two of our portfolio companies after supporting their growth to be mature, stand-alone businesses. These partial exits were strategically driven in order to maintain Senaat’s financial self-sufficiency while allowing for the redeployment of capital into the continued development of other industrial assets.
